Wednesday’s heavy round of snow has put a 31-year-old dubious weather record within striking distance of being broken.
“So far this is the second snowiest January on record at 40.2 inches,” said Frank Kieltyka, meteorologist with the National Weather Service at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport.
