…High pressure will then build back in, but on Monday and Tuesday another cold front will move down from the north, and the rain on the back edge of this could turn to sleet or snow in places. This will be followed by cold weather with wintry showers, and the risk of significant snowfall over the Scottish mountains. By Easter, unsettled and possibly still quite chilly conditions look likely, with the driest and warmest weather probably in the south west….
