Winter grips 90 per cent of north, migratory birds can’t breed

    so with all of this info above, what was the end result? especily iwth the late fall that was experienced?

    thank you for the report. can you refer me to a specific report with data showing that 2009 was a late thaw? i’ve read lots of stories in newspapers and local magazines, but haven’t been able to locate any real data from EC or world climate org. that shows the late thaw in sw hudson bay region. overall it was one of the warmest years on record
